Photography was Ryan's window into the creative world. At a very young age, he took a liking to shooting photographs, the first photo he took was of a sunset while visiting P.E.I on his mom 35mm Minolta at 8 years old. Over the years he dabbled with it here and there, but it wasn't until he got into skateboarding seriously that he pursued photography with a driven passion. For 10 years Ryan shot some of the world's best skateboarders and had his images published in several magazines and books. After settling down on Vancouver Island in Victoria, he began to shoot more lifestyle and architectural images but will happily photograph any subject needed for the project at hand.
